Transform Your Relationship with Food:
Discover the
Jewish Sugar-Free Recovery Program

A Torah-aligned, science-based framework to help Jewish women
(and men) break free from sugar & ultra-processed food addiction, cravings,
and emotional eating — combining compassion, clarity, and spirituality.

No obligation. No pressure. Just clarity and support.

Why You can't "Just Stop"
and Why it's Not Your Fault

If you’re like most of the women (and men) I work with, you’ve probably asked yourself:

“Why can’t I control myself around certain foods?”
“I’m smart, I know what to do… so why do I keep sabotaging myself?”
“Why do I eat things I don’t even want… and then feel guilty?”
“Why does it feel like something takes over and I lose control at night?”

It’s what I call 'Food Noise'—that constant, intrusive mental static that tells you what’s in the pantry, reminds you of the leftovers in the fridge, and plans your next snack while you’re still finishing a meal.

It’s the way 'food thoughts' steal your focus during Davening, distract you from your children at the Shabbos table, and make it impossible to truly be present in your own life. It’s like a radio station playing in the back of your mind that you can’t turn off.

This 'noise' isn't a lack of character; it’s a symptom of a brain that has been biochemically over-stimulated. When your brain is hijacked by sugar and ultra-processed foods, the 'volume' on food thoughts gets turned up so high that it drowns out your willpower, your goals, and even your peace of mind."

You’re not lazy. You’re not weak. And you’re definitely not alone.

Here’s the truth most people never hear...

Ultra-processed foods (UPFs) are engineered to hijack your brain.

They change dopamine levels in your brain, override fullness signals, increase cravings, and create addictive loops that feel impossible to break with willpower alone. This is why you can:

  • Know the right information
  • Want to do the right thing
  • Feel desperate to change
  • Have lots of self-discipline in other areas of life

…and still find yourself elbow-deep in snacks, challah, chocolate, or junk food you don’t even enjoy.

Not because you’re broken. Because your brain has been rewired by foods that are meant to keep you coming back for more.

And in the Jewish world — where food is so much a part of our traditions (Shabbos, Yom Tov holidays, simchas, school events, stress, exhaustion, chesed and giving) — this cycle is even harder to escape.

I’ve spent over 30 years helping people heal from sugar and food addiction — and I also carry my own lived experience as someone who has fully recovered.

I am a trained food addiction counselor and recognized internationally for my work in this field. This combination of clinical expertise and personal understanding is at the heart of the Jewish Sugar-Free Recovery Formula©.

Introducing

The Jewish Sugar-Free Recovery Program©

This is not another diet, detox, or meal plan. It’s a Torah-aligned, science-based recovery framework designed specifically for people who:

  • know what to do
  • desperately want to do it
  • but feel out of control when it comes to sweets and nosh

The SFR Formula blends main components

1. Neuroscience of sugar and ultra-processed food Addiction
Understanding exactly what happens in your brain when cravings hit — and how to reverse it.

2. Metabolic & Hormonal Healing
Rebalance the metabolic and hormonal disruptions that drive harmful eating, including insulin resistance, blood sugar spikes, and dysregulated hunger hormones. With balance restored, cravings ease and emotional eating loses its grip.

3. Behavioral Methods and Emotional Regulation Tools
Understanding exactly what happens in your brain when cravings hit — and how to reverse it.
4. Torah Values + Spiritual Insight Sugar-Free
Recovery becomes a path of partnership with Hashem — where your Emunah strengthens your choices and supports your healing.
5. The GPS Method (Your Inner Recovery Compass)
G – Grounding: Gain knowledge and learn tools to calm the addictive brain.
P – Food Pillars: Create your own personal, healing food plan based in science that you will enjoy.
S – Strategies and Support: Transform your relationship with food, ditch the diet mentality and eat healthy as a way of life.

The GPS Method is the heart of the Sugar-Free Recovery Program — simple, intuitive, powerful.

A 90-Day Reset That Rebalances Your Brain and Body

A key part of the Jewish Sugar-Free Recovery Program is a structured period of abstaining from your personal trigger foods — usually sugar and ultra-processed carbohydrates — so your brain, hormones, and metabolism can fully reset.

This detox phase is not about punishment or restriction. It’s about giving your brain the quiet it needs to heal, so cravings decrease and clarity returns.

And yes, many people think this is impossible for them - until they actually try it. Maybe you're thinking:

  • “I could never give up sugar.”
  • “How will I manage without challah or snacks?”
  • “Life won’t be fun anymore.”
  • “I’ll just feel deprived forever.”

This fear is completely normal.
But here’s the truth:
With the right professional guidance, not only is it doable — it becomes one of the most empowering experiences of your life.

After the initial adjustment period, as your brain chemistry stabilizes and your body begins to heal, clients often describe feeling:

  • calmer and more grounded
  • clearer and more focused
  • less stressed and less reactive
  • deeply connected to themselves and Hashem
  • shocked that cravings simply… quiet down

Many say they feel better than they have in decades, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What once felt “impossible” becomes a pathway to freedom, clarity, and deep inner peace.

Imagine waking up without thinking about food.
Imagine going through your day without battling cravings or endless “food noise”
Imagine sitting at a Shabbos table and enjoying the meal — without fear of losing control.
Imagine going to a simcha and not worrying how you’ll “recover” afterwards.
Imagine feeling light, clear, calm, connected… and proud of yourself again.

And imagine something even deeper:
Feeling like you and Hashem are finally on the same team in this area of your life.

This is the transformation women (and men) experience when they apply the Jewish Sugar-Free Recovery Formula© step-by-step.

Not because they're stronger. Not because they suddenly gained willpower. But because their brain, body, habits, and spirituality finally align.

But Let's Be Honest... Most People Never Get Here

Not because they don’t want it.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re not “frum enough,” “disciplined enough,” or “motivated enough.”

They never get here because:

  • They try diets instead of healing addiction
  • They rely on willpower instead of rewiring the brain
  •  They blame themselves instead of understanding
  •  They feel shame instead of support
  • They white-knuckle cravings instead of neutralizing them
  • They navigate Shabbos and Yom Tov with no structure or plan
  • They go it alone instead of getting the professional support that makes recovery possible.

And frankly…
Most Jewish women (and men) are carrying the silent weight of food shame — alone.

But they don’t have to.
You don’t have to.

Iris' Story

From "Endless Frustration" to a Calm Soul and Peace of Mind.

See how moving away from sugar and flour didn't just lead to weight loss
—it brought back the happiness and self-belief that "diets" had taken away.

“I spent so many years in endless frustration, munching from snack to snack, trying get to some peace of mind and calm my soul. And then you came and taught me that sugar and flour are unnecessary and are taking away from my happiness. You taught me how real food can be delicious and satisfying. Slowly but surely, I learned to believe in myself and that I don't need to act on every urge that comes up.

If someone had told me a half a year ago that I will not open the fridge door anymore 700 times a day to get another grape, another nut, and another snack, I wouldn't believe them. I was constantly berating myself and in this endless cycle of gaining weight and dieting, which wouldn't last long, and then gaining again. In all the diets I've done, I never really felt like I would be able to stick to it for long. I am in another place today thanks to you.

Today I know I eat well, and I know what I need to do to keep it that way, and it's not hard for me at all. I have lost 14 kg but that is not the most important thing. The most important thing is that your program has enabled me to be happy and healthier.

Thank you, Zippi.”

"I learned to enjoy my meals and live in between"

These women moved beyond the struggle and found lasting food freedom.

*These are real women, their names have been changed to protect anonymity

Thank you for an amazing program! The subjects you taught are so important and opened my mind to a new way of thinking about food and how I eat. Zippi, you were great! You taught me new things at each meeting in your easygoing way, with understanding, patience and humor. Your ongoing support gave me a lot of strength to do the work.

Rina G

In Zippi’s program I learned to enjoy my meals and live in between. I learned that my body is affected by my thoughts and how food affects them. In Zippi’s program I learned how to stop, observe and think about what goes into my mouth and what comes out. I learned to live free and happy without the need for excess food. Thank you Zippi.

Yonit C

"Dear Zippi, thank you for teaching me a new and amazing way of life. I enjoyed every minute. This is the first time that I have been in a program to improve my eating habits and lose weight that was so pleasant to go to and with such great results. I highly recommend it!

Why I limit sports each quarter

I take a very small number of clients at a time because:

  • Recovery is personal
  • You deserve full attention
  • Support must be individualized
  • Guidance must be responsive
  • Your success is my priority

For this reason, spots tend to fill quickly and openings may not be available again for several months.

Zippi’s Integrity Guarantee

I want you to feel completely secure in this decision. Recovery is built on trust.

If at any point we see the program is not the right fit, you will be refunded for the unused portion. You will never be stuck, pressured, or trapped financially. My priority is your healing and your peace.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This is one of the most common concerns — and it’s completely normal.
You are not handed a one-size-fits-all plan. We create your”detox journey and food plan together, tailored to your needs, your tastes, your lifestyle, and your level of readiness.  Your plan is fully personalized so it feels doable, supportive, and realistic for you.

It may sound scary at first, but almost every client tells me it becomes deeply empowering — because for the first time, they finally have a structure that works.  And here’s something important: You never go hungry in this program. This isn’t about restriction — it’s about healing your brain and metabolism so cravings quiet down and food stops controlling you.

With the right professional guidance, tools, and support, the 90-day abstinence phase becomes not only achievable, but one of the most freeing experiences of your life.

The daily 10–15 minute check-ins are a highly effective support tool during the early detox phase and most clients find they benefit tremendously from having that consistent support during this reset phase.

That said, this program is always personalized to your life.

Some clients use a daily check-in. Others do it 3–4 times a week. Some rely more on WhatsApp support between sessions.

We decide together what will feel doable, supportive, and sustainable for you.
The goal is not perfection — it's to create a structure you can actually follow, and that leads you toward healing, not stress.

Most approaches fail because they focus on food rules instead of:

  • brain chemistry
  • dopamine
  • hormonal drivers
  • emotional regulation
  • Torah-aligned spiritual support
  • Jewish life triggers
The Jewish SFR Formula© is a personalized approach that integrates neuroscience, metabolism, behavior, Torah, and support — all in a structured and compassionate way.
This isn’t a diet. It’s a transformation.

No. This program is not about forcing lifelong restriction.

The 90-day abstinence phase is a healing period, not a sentence. And here’s something very important: The only person who can decide what lifelong food freedom looks like for you… is YOU.

By the end of the SFR program, your brain, body, and hormones will be more balanced. You’ll have far less “food noise,” fewer cravings, stronger emotional tools, and a deep understanding of your own triggers. From that place of clarity — not fear, not addiction — you will be able to make a truly informed decision about the way of eating that works for you and sustains your health, peace, and long-term recovery.

For many people struggling with sugar or ultra-processed food addiction, lifelong abstinence from certain “drug foods” becomes the most peaceful, empowering, and joyful choice. Others find they can have a measured, intentional approach. There is no one-size-fits-all answer.

In recovery, freedom means choice — not fear, and not compulsion. And you will be supported in choosing the path that is healthiest and most aligned for you.

Not at all. The program is:

  • Torah-aligned
  • Hashem-centered when appropriate
  •  Emunah-supportive
But never forced.
If you want a purely scientific, emotional, and behavioral approach — you will still receive full benefit.
If spirituality strengthens your recovery, we integrate it.
If not, we keep it neutral.

The program is designed with women in mind, because Jewish women are often the ones carrying food shame, emotional eating patterns, and Jewish life food-load. However, many men who resonated with this approach have done very well in the program.

Most clients spend:

  • 60 minutes in the weekly session
  •  5–10 minutes a day on grounding tools
  •  Some light planning and prep before Shabbos or events
This program is designed for real Jewish life — full schedules, work, family, simchas, stress, carpools, everything.

And here’s something most clients don’t expect:
When you stop impulsive buying, eating, and recovering from overeating…
you actually free up a surprising amount of time and mental energy.
No more:

  • wandering through stores looking for “treats,”
  •  late-night overeating,
  • feeling foggy or exhausted the next day,
  •  hours spent thinking about food choices,
  •  recovering from guilt or physical discomfort.
Clients often tell me that once the cravings quiet down, they actually feel like they gain time, not lose it.
You do not need hours a day.
You need structure, support, and clarity — and that’s built right in.

This program is built for life, not a perfect bubble.
Part of recovery is learning how to navigate:

  • Shabbos
  • Yom Tov
  • Simchas
  • Shiva
  • Travel
  • Family stress
  • Work pressure
  • Emotional triggers
Your plan adjusts WITH your life — and I support you through every season.

Your fear is valid — especially if you’ve tried so many things before.
This is why I offer a fair and honest guarantee:
If at any point we see the program is not the right fit, you will be refunded for the unused portion.
You will never be stuck, pressured, or trapped financially.

Yes.
Most clients complete the program feeling confident and independent.
Some choose to continue with:

  • monthly check-ins
  • accountability support
  • spiritual/emotional
  • maintenance relapse-prevention support
Ongoing options are available but never required.

This is a completely shame-free space.

There is nothing you can share that I haven’t heard before — and nothing you can say that would lead me to judge you.
Food struggles are human, emotional, spiritual, and neurological — not moral failures. And I want you to know something important: I’ve spent over 30 years helping people break free from food addiction — and I also have my own lived experience as someone who has recovered.

I understand this struggle from both the clinical side and the personal, emotional side. This work is about compassion, honesty, healing, and steady partnership — never judgment. You will be met with warmth, respect, and complete understanding.

This is a real and legitimate concern, and we address it together.

Some clients choose full abstinence during the 90-day reset. Some use whole-grain Hamotzi solutions. Others keep a controlled, structured amount for Kiddush and Hamotzi. Your plan is individualized — not one-size-fits-all.

The goal is healing, not deprivation, and we will find a Shabbos approach that supports both your recovery and your connection to the mitzvos.

Clients often lose weight naturally as:

  • cravings quiet down
  • emotional eating fades
  • metabolism stabilizes
  • inflammation decreases
  • binge-eating stops
However, the focus here is freedom, healing, and peace — not dieting.

Weight loss often follows naturally — but it is a side effect, not the purpose, not the pressure, and never a judgment of your self-worth.
